Users should avoid sharing highly sensitive personal information through private messages unless it is necessary and appropriate.
5. Marketplace Information
AgriForumHub provides an agricultural marketplace where farmers, marketers and businesses can publish products and services.
Important: AgriForumHub is not the seller.
AgriForumHub does not directly sell products or services listed by marketplace marketers.
Instead, AgriForumHub provides a digital platform where marketers can publish their products and services and where interested buyers can discover those listings.
Marketplace listings may contain:
- Seller/business name
- Business description
- Product or service information
- Product photographs
- Prices
- Location
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Website/social media links
- WhatsApp or other contact information
- Business hours
- Other information voluntarily provided by the marketer
Where a seller chooses to publish contact information, interested buyers may use that information to contact the seller directly.
Marketplace transactions
AgriForumHub does not process payments between marketplace buyers and sellers.
The actual:
- Purchase
- Payment
- Delivery
- Collection
- Product inspection
- Negotiation
- Return
- Warranty
- Dispute
between a buyer and seller is the responsibility of the parties involved.
Buyers are responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence before sending money, purchasing products or entering into any transaction with a marketplace seller.
AgriForumHub does not guarantee the quality, authenticity, availability, legality, safety, ownership, pricing or delivery of products and services published by third-party marketplace sellers.
6. Marketplace Subscription and Featured Listings
Marketplace marketers may be required to pay subscription fees to publish their products and services.
We may collect and process information necessary to:
- Create marketplace accounts
- Process subscriptions
- Manage listing plans
- Maintain listings
- Feature listings
- Record subscription status
- Provide invoices or payment confirmations
- Provide customer support
- Prevent payment fraud or abuse
Additional fees may apply when marketers choose to feature or promote their products and services.
These payments are payments for AgriForumHub’s marketplace platform services, not payments for purchasing products from marketplace sellers.

- Booking information
- Payment information or payment reference
- Information provided to help the expert understand your consultation needs

We generally do not need to receive or store your complete payment-card credentials when a payment gateway processes the transaction on our behalf.
9. Refund Policy for AgriForumHub Services
For:
- Consultancy service bookings
- Marketplace listing charges
- Marketplace featured-listing charges
- Advertising charges
AgriForumHub accepts refund requests only when the request is submitted within thirty (30) minutes of payment.
After thirty (30) minutes from the payment time, AgriForumHub generally does not process refund requests for these services, except where applicable law requires otherwise or where AgriForumHub determines an exception is appropriate.
A refund request does not automatically guarantee that a refund will be approved.
Refunds, where approved, may be returned through the original payment method or another appropriate method, depending on the payment provider and circumstances.
Marketplace seller transactions are different
The above refund policy applies to payments made to AgriForumHub for AgriForumHub services.
It does not apply to transactions between marketplace buyers and sellers because AgriForumHub does not process those transactions.

AgriForumHub may provide a verification feature.
Where an account is verified, a verification badge may be displayed on the user’s profile.
We may process information necessary to verify the identity, authenticity or status of an account.
